Due to the size and weight of most of our products, we recommend sea shipping as the preferred shipping method during checkout. Sea shipping typically takes 20-30 business days for delivery. If your order includes customized products, the production time will be communicated separately.

Sea Shipping Process:

Packaging → Shipment → Departure → Arrival at Destination → Final Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with the shipping details. Upon arrival at the destination, the final delivery will be handled by a local courier service. We will provide a tracking number for the final delivery, allowing you to monitor the shipment's progress.

If you can select all the products you need at once and have them shipped together, it will significantly reduce shipping costs. Instead of calculating shipping fees for each individual product, we will consolidate all items into a single package, such as a carton box or a large wooden crate, and charge shipping based on the final package volume (cubic measurement).

This is the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method. If you are interested in bulk shipping, please contact us when placing your order.

If the client requires faster delivery, we also offer air shipping. Air shipments are handled directly by courier services and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

However, due to the higher cost of air shipping, the final shipping fee needs to be calculated after the goods are packed. Therefore, we will first contact our client to confirm the details before proceeding with the shipment.
