Placing an Order
You can place orders directly through our website by selecting the desired products and completing checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If you require a special customized product that is not available for direct purchase on our website, please contact us via email. We will communicate with you regarding the specifications and requirements and then issue a formal invoice for payment.
Order Cancellation
If the order has already entered the packaging or dispatch preparation stage, the cancellation will incur an additional handling fee.
Customized orders can not be canceled once production has started, as they are made specifically to personal requirements.
Return Policy
To ensure every customer is satisfied, we carefully inspect and securely package all products before shipment, making sure they arrive safely and in good condition.
If the client needs to return or exchange a product, please contact us via email in advance.
All items requested for return must be shipped to our Melbourne office with prepaid shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm if it meets our return and exchange conditions.
If the product is found to be damaged or faulty, we will provide a suitable solution. However, we are unable to accept returns or exchange due to change of mind or personal reasons.
